Midlands Property Week Awards 2009. 

On Wednesday 15th July 2009 at the Midland Property Week Awards in Birmingham,  Senior Partner, Mike Blakeman was pleased to present the AJA Architects sponsored 'Sustainability Award' to Nigel Dolan of Gazeley for their Blue Planet scheme at Chatterley Valley in Staffordshire. The award was in recognition of the 387,762 sq.ft. warehouse scheme being the first truly carbon positive logistics development with all of its energy and heat being supplied by renewable sources.
