Cole River Park units are now complete.

The development, now complete, saw the regeneration of 2.2 hectares of contaminated brownfield land, involving the demolition of derelict buildings and a whole host of other constraints. Each unit benefits from a secure individual yard and parking and has also secured a 'very good' BREEAM rating and an EPC rating of 'B'.
