Distribution Centre for Bentley wins award. 

On Thursday 9th October 2008 at the Property Week IAS Awards in London, Chris Mills of Highcross collected the award on behalf of Highcross and Graftongate for the 'Best Speculative Development'. The award was in recognition of the AJA designed distribution centre at Orion Park in Crewe, which was commisioned speculatively, but began the smooth incorporation of the requirements of Bentley Motors just as the base build was nearing completion.
