AJA were proud to sponsor the Green Award at the Midland Property Awards 2008.

Held at the ICC in Birmingham, Jimmy Carr played host to an audience of over a 1,000 at this years Midlands Property Awards.

Our sponsored award, presented by senior partner Mike Blakeman, went to the Sherwood Energy Village, a mixed use regeneration of a former colliery site in Ollerton, Nottinghamshire. The development accommodates not only commercial uses, but also housing, recreation and educational facilities, with a proactive approach to energy efficiency, use of renewable energy and biodiversity.
